You've got your Lash Library, your refill cards have arrived, and you're ready to start building your dream lash collection.
Before you transfer your refill cards into your Library, please watch the video below. It will show you exactly how to safely remove your cards from their packaging and place them into your Lash Library without damaging the lashes or adhesive.
A Few Important Things To Know
To keep your lashes in perfect condition, please take your time and handle your refill cards carefully.
Avoid touching the adhesive strip or allowing anything to come into contact with it.
Try not to touch the lash segments themselves, as this can affect the adhesive and wear time.
Carefully remove the refill card from the backing tray.
If the tray feels tight, use scissors to gently cut the packaging rather than forcing the card out.
Always handle refill cards by the edges where possible.
Once removed, place the refill card directly into your Lash Library for safe storage.
Keep your Lash Library stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Please Note
Our refill cards are designed to fit securely inside their packaging during transit. Applying excessive force when removing cards may damage the lashes, adhesive, or refill card.
Any damage caused by handling, touching the adhesive, bending the refill card, or improper removal from the packaging is not considered a product fault.
